Elza M. Little joined the Muskingum County Prosecutor’s Office in 2024 where she serves as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in the Child Support Division. In this role, she represents the Muskingum County Child Support Agency in hearings regarding the establishment of paternity and enforcement of child support, and medical orders.
She brings over 30 years of legal experience to the office, including nearly two decades as an Assistant County Prosecutor in the Juvenile Division, Grand Jury Unit, and Adult Criminal Trial Division in Franklin County. Furthermore, she served for 10 years as the unit director in the criminal nonsupport unit.
She holds a Juris Doctor from Ohio Northern University College of Law and a Bachelor of Communication Studies from Kent State University.
