Kallen Mackensey Haddox is an assistant prosecutor with the Muskingum County Prosecutor’s Office handling juvenile delinquency and children services cases.

Kallen is a graduate of Capital University Law School. While there, she interned for the Muskingum County Prosecutor’s Office. Kallen learned how to effectively research topics and draft motions. Kallen also gained experience by observing how Prosecutor’s Office attorneys conducted themselves during real court hearings.

Before law school, Kallen attended The Ohio State University (OSU), where she earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology. She also served as a teacher’s aide for a writing class, assisted students with writing papers, and conducted review sessions for exams with students.

During her time at OSU, she also worked as a page for the Ohio Senate. She was responsible for assisting constituents get help with their issues and helping the lawmaker with his responsibilities. Her time with the Ohio Senate helped her learn about how the government worked, and how its processes affected everyday people. One of her favorite things about being a State Senate page was watching legislative sessions and seeing the various processes in action.

Outside of work, Kallen enjoys being outside, watching Ohio State Buckeyes football, and spending time with her family and friends.
