Tessa Vickers, LISW-S, LICDC-CS, is a licensed behavioral health professional with experience in clinical operations, compliance, and program development. She joined the Muskingum County Prosecutor’s Office in 2026 as a Behavioral Health Coordinator to complement and support the office’s existing diversion program initiatives.

Prior to joining the Prosecutor’s Office, Vickers served as Chief Clinical Officer at Muskingum Behavioral Health, where she worked in clinical leadership, behavioral health program development, and systems improvement. Her professional background includes direct practice, clinical supervision, and behavioral health service operations through collaboration with community-based treatment providers and partner agencies. Tessa’s role involves evaluating available mental health resources and determining if those resources are meeting the needs of the criminal justice system.

Vickers earned her Master of Social Work and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ohio State University and holds licensure as a Licensed Independent Social Worker and Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor with clinical supervision endorsements.
