Dennis E. Dove is an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in the Civil Division of the Muskingum County Prosecutor’s Office. His job duties include tax collections and related work. He has performed the functions of an assistant prosecutor for over twenty-four years, gaining nearly twenty years experience in Licking County before accepting an opportunity to work in a similar capacity in Muskingum county in 2016.
Dennis graduated from The Ohio State University, completed the Capital University Paralegal Program in 1987, and received his Juris Doctor from Capital University in 1991, being admitted to the bar the same year. Dennis was a member of Law Review and the National Moot Court team. Prior to becoming a governmental attorney, he was employed as an attorney with Jones, Norpell, List, Miller & Howarth in Licking County, and was a computer programmer in his earlier life before answering a call to the legal profession.
Dennis is a Newark native but appreciates the opportunity to serve Muskingum County and the Zanesville area, in a great working environment.
