Kasi Stewart, a Zanesville native, earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Wright State University. She then went on to complete her Master of Science Degree from Wright State, specializing in Clinical Mental Health. Since then, she has received and maintained credentialing as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Supervisor (LPCC-S).

She joined the Muskingum County Prosecutor’s Office in 2022 after accepting a position as the Adult Diversion Coordinator, where she oversees the county’s Pre-Trial Diversion Program. In this role, she helps individuals access community-based support as an alternative to traditional prosecution, collaborating closely with legal professionals, treatment providers, and local agencies to promote rehabilitation and reduce recidivism.

She brings to the role 13 years of clinical experience in trauma and addiction. Her clinical background spans a wide range of settings, including juvenile detention centers, school-based programs, and partial hospitalization.

Kasi has provided individual, group, and family therapy to clients facing complex challenges such as trauma, addiction, and court involvement. She is trained in EMDR therapy, with additional focus on children and adolescents, and has extensive experience in dual diagnosis care.

Her work is grounded in a collaborative, client-centered approach, and she is passionate about supporting individuals and families through integrated, trauma-informed care.
