Samantha Brown, Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in the Juvenile Division, prosecutes all juvenile delinquencies within Muskingum County.

Samantha graduated from The University of Toledo in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Following graduation, she participated in the World Race, an eleven month mission trip to eleven countries, volunteering to help disadvantaged women and children through different organizations. She pursued a career in law as she was interested in advocating on behalf of human trafficking victims after her experiences living abroad. Samantha graduated from The University of Toledo College of Law in 2015. Since passing the bar, Samantha has worked as an assistant prosecuting attorney in Marion County in the Juvenile and Criminal Divisions and also in private practice as an associate attorney, before joining the Muskingum County Prosecutor's Office in 2020.

Samantha is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Muskingum County Bar Association and Ohio Prosecuting Attorneys Association. Samantha has received the ''2021 Hero for Kids'' award from Muskingum County Adult and Child Protective Services in her role as an assistant prosecutor.
