Taylor Bennington

Taylor Bennington is a lifelong resident of Muskingum County. She began her career with the Muskingum County Prosecutor’s Office in 2009 as a legal intern.
Taylor graduated from The Ohio State University, cum laude, in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History. Following graduation, she worked for the Guernsey County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office and the Law Offices of Tribbie, Scott, Plummer, and Padden.
She attended the University of Toledo College of Law and served as a Mediator for Lucas County Juvenile and Toledo Municipal Courts. In December 2017, Taylor received her Juris Doctorate and was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 2018.
Taylor returned to the Muskingum County Prosecutor’s Office in 2018 as Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in the Appellate Division.
Taylor is a member of the National District Attorneys Association, Ohio Prosecuting Attorneys Association, Ohio State Bar Association, and the Muskingum County Bar Association.
